At A1 dental recruitment each trained consultant has the ability to successfully match our professionals to any current vacancies and to ensure that both parties wish list is met in every way. We are also on hand 24 hours a day 7 days a week in case of emergencies and you will always have a contact number for your representative.
How it works….The flexibility of our team means that we will either come to you to meet you face to face or speak on the phone or you can just register online and email us your vacancies. It is entirely up to you.
As soon as we think we have a candidate suitable for you we call you, check if you are happy then we email over the CV’s
Once you are happy we can organize interviews, informal meetings, telephone interviews… however you want to assess our candidates we can arrange it.
We continue to keep in contact to help tackle any other difficulties, provide more staff or just make sure that you are happy with the ones we have provided you call it our ‘after sales’ service.
Candidates
At a1 dental recruitment we have a large database of practices and clients that are looking for professionals and as regularly as we updates candidates we update our client list making sure that we only have the most up to date of vacancies and positions. As a friendly and relaxed team we make sure that we only work with like-minded clients, so you can be sure to find your new working environment just as friendly and relaxed.
Due to our large network of clients you can decide the position you want, and from the variety of practices we have on our databases, you can opt for the location that suits you.
How it works….You can either register online and one of our consultants will call you, or you can call us. Once you have registered you will have access to our network of clients and vacancies available.
We then see which vacancies are suitable for you, which we discuss, before we send of your CV we check with you first.
Once we get a response, we arrange interviews, meetings keeping you informed at all times and making sure you are happy with all arrangements.
Once we place you in a practice we continue to stay in touch to make sure you settle in.
